Pieter-Steph back for Sharks (team sheet)

Young locking prodigy Pieter-Steph du Toit will make his long awaited return from injury this Saturday against Griquas.

The Sharks lost to the men from Kimberly in their very first game of the tournament and will be looking to make amends with a strong showing.

“We want to make sure we are physically up for the challenge. It’s always tough going to Kimberley, but we are looking forward to the game.”

Sharks end Griquas Semi-final hopes 42 – 3

Griquas were looking for their first semi final Currie Cup appearance in 14 years in a major upset on Friday night in Durban.

It wasn’t to be as the Sharks took their opportunities and absolutely dominated a game the Griquas were never going to win, taking the men from Kwa-Zulu Natal to an unassailable the top of the log position.
