With the Bulls out of the playoff race they have decided to give some of their young guns a run against the bottom of the log Rebels.
The inclusion of exciting SA u20 utility back Jessie Kriel, will be eagerly watched by both the Bulls and Springbok management, as he looks a fine prospect for the future.
Another playing getting a chance is former Cheetah scrumhalf, Piet van Zyl, who has seen very little game time at the Pretoria-based franchise.
‘We have nothing to lose, so decided to give some youngsters a run. Injury also played a role in team selection. We want to end the season well and although our final log position will not be where we wanted, there is no reason why we cannot close out our campaign with a fine performance,’ Coach Frans Ludeke said.
