Luke Morahan called up to Wallaby Sqaud

Reds and Aussie 7s wing Luke Morahan has been called up to Australian test squad ahead of the British and Irish Lions series. Rugby Injury

With Brumbies wing Joe Tomane cruelly ruled of the first test with a toe injury, Morahan gets a once-in-a-life-time opportunity.

The 23-year-old Tomane sustained the injury at training on the Sunshine Coast yesterday and an MRI scan revealed a small fracture to a toe on his left foot.

Tomane will stay with the squad and is expected to recover in time to be involved in the remainder of the Test series, which starts when Australia takes on the British and Irish Lions at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on June 22.
