Blues winger suspended

The Blues have lost the services of winger George Moala for one week after he was cited and subsequently Citationssuspended for a tackle on Buxton Popoali’i of the Highlanders.

The incident occurred in the 45 minute of the Blues, Highlanders game in Auckland.

The SANZAR Duty Judicial Officer Nicholas Davidson QC accepted a guilty plea from Moala for contravening Law 10.4 (e) after he was Cited during a Super Rugby Match at the Weekend.
